Christian Education:
Janet Taylor
Responsible for the various education
programs of St. John's -- recruiting teachers, researching materials
etc.
Endowment:
Makes Decisions regarding
the memorial and invested monies of the church.
Evangelism:
They reach out to visitors, new
members of the community, an the
un-churched and invite them to
participate in worship and other activities of St. John's.

Finance:
Prepares an annual budget for the
church and makes recommendations to the Council on any major
financial decisions.

Audit Committee:

Memorial:
Makes decisions regarding the
memorial and invested monies of the church.

Mutual Ministry:
This committee acts out of mutual
concern for the pastor, lay professional and congregation. The
committee shall also review the congregation's goals each year.

Personnel Committee:
This committee handles staff
policies and concerns.

Property:
Responsible for all maintenance
and improvements of the church property.

Social Ministry:
Works together with local area
groups to fulfill people's special needs-- PADS (homeless shelter),
FISH Pantry, etc.

Stewardship:
Responsible for using all members
talents and financial resources in the operation of the church.
Organizes annual member visitation or contacts.

Parish Nurse/Wellness:
A group in the church consisting
of interested nurses. They provide blood pressure checks the first
Sunday of each month.

Worship & Music:
This team is involved in and with
the worship and music functions of the church.
